Merry Christmas!

Hello all,

I know I'm late, sorry.. But I wanted to wish you very merry Christmas! <3 How is your autumn/winter been so far? I have to say last months have been hard but I have still done lots of nice things.

This time I have many pictures and I finally got an idea how to show you guys pics through my phone. :D I don't want to spend that much time for the text because at the moment I really want to show you my world with pictures I have taken during last five days.

Stockholm and autumn break

Hejsan alla! <3

It's been a week since I came from Stockholm. I had so much fun there, even though I was sitting 12 hours in three days in ice rinks all alone watching ice hockey workouts and a game.

Unfortunately, all my pictures are on my phone so I can't show you any shots because I have no idea how could I put those pics here through my phone (sorry, I'm not very good at technological things, some day I'll learn it maybe or if you can help me a bit..). :( But anyway, I was shopping, eating good food at a restaurant and watching ice hockey. I went to visit the Stockholm's castle also. Oohh, almost forget... I went to shopping to Victoria's Secret (my favorite brand we don't unfortunately have in Finland), which has just opened the doors in the center of Stockholm.

Okay, I have to admit. I wasn't there alone 24/7, the reason why I went to Stockholm was that I was seeing my boyfriend. And I am so glad since we hadn't seen for 2,5 months! Really, meeting him again was AWESOME. <3 :)

And I got an amazing end for my holiday; my flight took only 35 minutes and the estimated time was 55 minutes :D

I'll do a Stockholm post right away when I have realized how to put pics with cell phone..

Then an other topic: My fall vacation started on Friday! So excited, I need this so badly. I'm stressing of everything and always so there have been hard moments in fall.

I have decided I'll just relax and do nothing that would demand thinking. On Tuesday I'll go to a restaurant and movies with my old friends I haven't seen for a year. And on Wednesday I'll go to Helsinki, yaayy (I'll let you know later what I was doing there;) ). After visiting Helsinki I would love to just be and think that I don't have nothing to do. :)

I think I have talked too much already, I'm sorry about the length of this post. Hopefully we have some active readers out there (and sorry about the mix of British and American English, Swedish and Spanish too) :D

Spanish here I come! - Español aquí vengo!

Hey guys,

How are you? I had my English exam today, it was easier than I thought. And now I'm reading for my Finnish exam which is tomorrow. But I think I have read enough.. Soo I thought that I would love to write here and yaayy, here I am.

On Friday I will start my Spanish course and I'm so excited! I have always dreamed that some day I could be able to study some Spanish and now my dream from my childhood is really coming true.

I got a souvenir from Minorca, Spanish Cosmopolitan! I have already read it like three times, every single word. Thanks to my French and Italian I can understand it surprisingly well (thank you my  French teacher and summer exchange, you are the best!). I just looove the language. <3

Just wanted to some kind of comparison between my Finnish text book and the Cosmopolitan :D

Weekend - relax

Heeyy,

WEEKEND IS HERE!! Aaand my first exam week is over, yaayy:)
I have to say that the math test was pretty hard, just hoping I can pass it.. Today I had my history exam and I think it was okay even though the time was too short for me, as always :D
Now I'm just waiting for my last exams.

Weekend is always good time for relaxing and doing whatever you like. There are weekends that you should concentrate on studying but remember to take time for yourself sometimes, you will need that while we are moving closer towards the dark winter (like some may know, in Finland that is extremely long and dark one:D). And I really mean that.

Taking time for yourself doesn't always mean just partying and drinking. It can be something more useful and something that gives you more. You can do a manicure or pedicure, go for shopping, listen to music, just make sure that makes you happy. Of course partying can make you feel happy, but it's not very good idea if we think about Monday.. ;)

For example I enjoyed very much today when I went for shopping, all by myself. I could just think what I want and nobody was saying that those shoes are not good. Sometimes you need that for getting energy and power for everyday life :))

Btw, I could do a post about my shoppings but I have to do that another day because I don't have any pics yet.

There might be some spelling mistakes in this post, sorry about that. I'm too tired to think..

The words are unique

Heeyy lovelies! <3

I'm back. Last week was hard because of school (surprise, surprise:D). My exam week starts on Wednesday but I try to have some time to write here. Oh, and soon I'll do the post from last Friday, we had a special school day.

Okay, so what did happen last week? Well, I had to write my history essay and our topic was "The effect of the nature and environment on history". I realized a couple of things: Academic writing is pretty interesting in a nutshell when you can go into great details and think on your own. Aaand I realized that you can see the effect everywhere and that never stops.

At the moment we don't have any visual arts so I'm always so excited when we get some task in Finnish to analyze a short story for example. There I can use my creativity and usually while writing I'm listening to some inspirational music, such as James Arthur. I can just forget everything and focus on the words. Actually words can be really beautiful when you find the heart of the words. Even though it's just a short story analysis, you can create something unique, something out of this world. You can create art.

Beautiful Sunday

I just came back home. The weather is so sunny and warm, even though it's fall already.
So today I should do my history essay or at least start to plan that. Then some Finnish homework but I think that won't be a problem.. Nowadays I actually like Finnish as a subject:)

The first post :)

Hello <3

You are very welcome to my blog. I guess studying (and learning) has always been a part of our lives. Someone may think that the school is not an opportunity and it's a waste of time. And then there's people who would love to be able to go to school. 

And now, we get into my blog's idea. This blog is an inspiration for all of you who need some extra energy for the studies. Here I'm telling about my own studies and helping you guys (as well as I can). The main phrase is "KEEP CALM AND STUDY HARD". You won't reach anything without putting some effort so you know what to do. ;)

¤ I'm 16 years old.
¤ I am studying the pre-year of the IB Diploma Programme (International Baccalaureate)...
¤ ...in Finland.
¤ I LOVE shopping, clothes, beauty, travelling and languages.

I try to stay in our main topic but I can't promise I wouldn't write about my life sometimes..
